| The next Meeting of the Niceville-Valparaiso Tea Party will be Monday, September 13, 2010 starting at 6:00 pm at Niceville City Hall. Speaker: Dr. Robert L. Grete, Christian Educator Topic: The 1st Amendment & Religious Freedom
Dr. Grete retired from the USAF after 21.5 years of service and over 5,700 pilot flying hours. Dr. Grete was a co-founder of RBCS in 1973 and retired as Superintendent in June 2005 to undergo orthopedic surgeries. He resumed the office of Superintendent upon the June 2009 resignation of Dr. Donald Larson, who accepted a call to an inner city ministry in North Carolina. Dr. Grete serves on the Board of Directors for RBCS, and continues to teach American History, Economics, and US Government. He received his BS from the United States Military Academy, a Masters from Baylor University, and a MBA from Auburn University. He received an Honorary Doctor of Pedagogy from Clearwater Christian College. He has been married for over 50 years to Katherine Grete and has six children and 32 grandchildren. He is an elder at Grace Presbyterian Church. NVTP meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. |
